Antique Suffragette Ring
15ct Yellow Gold Tested
Circa 1880
This stunning Suffragette ring is crafted from 15ct yellow gold and features a beautiful combination of Amethyst, Emerald and Seed Pearl gemstones in a daisy formation. The ring features fabulous ornate shoulders and a ridged yellow-gold band.
The coloured stones represent hope, purity, and dignity. Suffragette jewellery was worn as a way to show support for the movement and to display solidarity with the cause. Today, suffragette jewellery is highly collectable and remains an important part of women’s history.
The face of the ring measures approximately 9.3mm in height and 11.9mm in width.
